Wang Chen Tsai-Hsia was in an artisanal mood for spring. The Taiwanese designer applied her skill to silk, working the delicate fabric beautifully on chinese-style dresses of various lengths as well as tops.
A series of contrasting silhouettes mixed different periods , Twenties sheaths, Fifties petticoats and Sixties A-line minis , suggesting indecision, although the craftsmanship was lovely.
